March 31, 2019Tigran Sloyan, the CEO of Code Signal and the founder of Go Beyond Resumes movement is back with another episode.
The second episode is an interview with the CTO of National Democratic Committee, Raffi Krikorian, who built and ran large engineering organizations at companies like Twitter and Uber. He shared a story of one of the best engineers at Twitter who had no college degree and never even finished high school.
At the end of the video, Tigrar did the very first #ResumeChallenge where his guests try a practical experiment to find a resume of a well-known individual from a pile of 10 random resumes. In this #ResumeChallenge the resume in question was the resume of the creator of Python Guido van Rossum. Check out the video to see how it went!
